Note:

✦Rub a thin layer of cooking oil on the pans, heat for a minute before using them for the first time.

✦Do not heat empty pans for a long period of time. Use only small or medium heat to cook.

✦Do not use metal ladles. Nylon, wooden or plastic spatulas are highly recommended for use with the pans.

✦After cooking a dish, clean with just warm water before cooking the second dish.

✦Cool pan before washing. After that, wipe surface using clean cloth dabbed with cooking oil.

✦Do not use steel scrubbers or gourd sponge.

✦When cooking, hold on to the handle to prevent slips.
